How to send localized files of the project to you?

I have done the additional translations for Persian language of files in Message Templates folder.

how can I send them to you?

(I will do the translation for the rest of resources soon)

how can I send them to you?

I have the source from Mercurial, the latest. but couldn't find any patch option using tortoise hg.

should I update, and then push? or how?

Hi ,

Thanks for doing that. I think that is better that we hold Persian  translations on message templates on Persian Community as a language pack , you can zip them and send to me(a dot samarian at gmail dot com) . But for the rest of resources we maintain Persian translations for resources on amanuens.com and I translated them  and I think when joe have time push them to the repository.

why a seperate language pack? they have their own fa-ir ........ config file style names.

Hi Asad,

We had several people try to use Amanuens but it did not prove to be user friendly and no-one else is currently using it, I did not know you were still using it. I went in and try to sync and commit your changes but I only get errors.

It would be easier for me if you can just zip up the .resx files and other files and send them to me and I will add them into the repository. I don't think it should be a separate download since we include all other languages we should include Persian the same way.

Hi Asad,

fyi, they have made some improvements to Amanuens and I have made some configuration changes on Amanuens so it can sync and commit automatically. So far it seems to work much better now, I was able to get updates for German into the repository.

So, if you want to try using Amanuens for the .resx files going forward it should work fine, I would still need the other files like message templates help files etc sent to me as a zip file but for .resx files I think Amanuens is now a good solution.

Hi ,

I think Persian resources (.resx files ) are up to date and I watch those out. As I informed in Persian Community blog we want to have a best translations so some words may have better translation alternative after we work by those in action and I ready to review recommended alternative words.

For the message templates and help files I start translating by  Sadegh Samarian  and you can help us in translating help files. I downloaded and review your updates on message templates (Thanks a lot) and now message templates are completed approximately and I will send those to Joe when after more review those in action.

We translate help files feature by feature , so you can select on feature to translation and inform me to non overlapping works. For now we completed core and blog help files.

I hope we have a completed translations in next month .
