Hi,
Yesterday I updated my solution to the latest version from SVC using Tortoise Hg. The upgrade was fine and the folder was committed from my end.
I run the setup and everything seemed to be ok. But I am unable to find the newly created sitelogin module, neither the new scroll configuration was availlable for the flickr module.
I looked in my setup folder, the site module was not available.
Please let me know if I miss anything.

Maybe you pulled the change sets but did not update your working copy. You need to right click the top folder and choose TortoiseHG > Update
