How to force resending of Newsletter

I have created a newsletter.

Problem is that I had set up incorrect settings for the email host in web.config. Now I have fixed the settings, but my newsletter is not sent out anyway. Is it possible to trigger a resend of the newsletter?

When is newsletter sent out anyway? As soon as it is created or as soon as someone subscribes to it?

I have tried to unsubscribe and subscribe again with no result.

Never mid, got it working.

Hadn't fully understood the feature and also didn't include the #unsubscribe# which hindered the newsletter from being sent. (The documentation could be clearer about this though)
