Need help while working on Web store

When posting in this forum, please try to provide as many relevant details as possible. Particularly the following:

  • What operating system were you running when the bug appeared?
  • What database platform is your site using?
  • What version of mojoPortal are you running?
  • What version of .NET do you use?
  • What steps are necessary to reproduce the issue? Compare expected results vs actual results.

You may also want to review the installation or upgrading documentation.

Need help while working on Web store

hi!

i need little help while working on web store,

i had created a web store, and i had also added products, now the issue is about search.

1) how to search products form the product list?

2) if i want to show number of items present in the cart, on home page how can i do that?

3) i want to show 2 or 3 items from my product list on other page how can i do that?

WebStore is very basic, it is not a full featured ecommerce solution at this point.

1. the main site search can find products

2. not supported at this time

3. nothing is implemented to support this but you could create html content with links to the product page

hi..

thanks joe! i had come up with a solution, and i am trying to integrate it with mojo, and that is nopCommerce.

currently i had done my work with only nopCommerce, but now i an going to integrate it with mojo.. i think this will help.

Did you successfully integrated mojo and nop? That would be a gret combination. I am trying to figure out how mojo and nop (in particular v 1.9) can be integrated.

I'm also trying to integrate nopCommerce with mojoPortal. Have either of you had success with this? If either of you have any suggestions regarding the set up and membership integration I would really appreciate it.

Add me to that integration list; I would pay for an add-on that would bridge the two, for certain projects that require the benefits of a CMS as robust as mojo, but the more powerful e-comm capabilities of nopCommerce.
