Tab layouts are used in many places, including settings and web store. I am facing with an odd behaviour,
The Tab layout doesn't render always, many a time it shows the layout without applying the styles and everything get displayed one after other without any style.
I have a version of mojoportal hosted in the server, it seems to work fine. The problem occurs in my development machine and local IIS. I have the cacheCSS properties set to false. Am I missing something or is it a known problem.
My System Configuration
IIS Version 7
Winows Vista Operating System
Visual Studion 2010
This problem gets disappeard sometimes. I couldn't really figure whats going on. Your help is appreciated.

This can happen if your development machine is not always connected to the internet. See this article:
