Prompt user to Confirm Deletions

Prompt user to Confirm Deletions

It is super easy to delete pages, modules from pages, roles, users from roles, files in shared files module, etc...
To prevent a stupid mistake from occurring a simple confirm dialog on all deletions would be extremely useful.

I've tried to remember to do that everywhere but I admit I've missed some places.

It does prompt in Shared Files, so not sure why you mentioned that one.

I will go through the features soon and review all the delete buttons to make sure they all prompt.
