I add a new currency unit in adminestration menu, but there isn't a way to set it to my web store.

It is not set at the store level, it is set from Site Settings under the commerce tab.

Thanks for reply. I set it at site level ,my currency haven't decimal point ,so I set decimal place to ziro and decimal point to dot(.) , but I see 2 ziro after decimal point , and decimal point show as "/" , while I ecpect it show as '.'.
