Cool Template Support

I've built a free template generator at http://cooltemplate.com and I'd like to see it have support for MojoPortal. Cool Template is similar in capabilities to Artisteer.

It has support for custom exports here: http://cooltemplate.com/Export-Design-Guide

If someone here were willing to try to create a custom export for MojoPortal I'd be happy to support them in any questions or problems that come up and then we could make the export available for everyone.

Would anyone here be interested in the project?

Hi Bryan, Cool Template looks really... cool! laugh

I'd like to take a crack at coming up with a mojoPortal export using your export design guide. I have a bit of experience working with the original mojoPortal skin format (pre Artisteer). I'll let you know how it goes, and if I run into any trouble with it.

Hi Bryan, I've run into a snag right off the bat. I signed in and went to the Create a Custom Export Format link. I gave the export a name and description and saved it. Once I do that, the name and description default back to "untitled", and when I go back to "Your Files", I'm left with two exports, both labeled "Untitled".

I tried this with both Firefox 4 beta 6, and Internet Exploder 8.

Thanks for reporting that problem. I've been able to reproduce it and will get it fixed. It appears to only happen when creating a new export. You can edit the export and the changes will get saved. The second untitled export that was created can be deleted.

Unfortunately it doesn't look like I'm going to have any time to work on this in the foreseeable future, but if anyone else wants to take this up, go for it.
