Add Existing User to Role Error

I'm having an error (possibly a bug) with adding existing users to roles.  I didn't have this error before but after upgrading (in May I believe), I cannot add existing users to roles.

Running 2.3.4.3 MSSQL

I click on Administration -> Role Administration -> View/Edit Members -> Add Existing User to Role.

After I do that, I expect a pop up to show the existing members that I can choose from.  This doesn't happen.  I get a blank page with no users/or select buttons.  Weird thing is, when I scroll down the page, I briefly see the users/select buttons creep up at the bottom but it doesn't show long enough for me to actually select one.

Has anyone else experienced this?  If so, how do you solve it?

Re: Add Existing User to Role Error

Are you seeing any related error in the mojoportal log?

Look under Administration > System Log

newest errors are at the bottom, it might help to clear the log then try the role admin page and then see if anything is logged.

You can workaround the issue by locating the user in the member list page then click the manage user link and add him to a role from the roles tab there.

Hope it helps,

Joe
