Caching page names

Hello,

I'm having problems with the page name caching. I want to change a page name in the navigation from "About Us" to "About". I changed it in the page settings, but the change is not reflecting in the navigation. I'm assuming that it's cached, is there a way to clear that cache?

Thanks!

Re: Caching page names

Hi there

I'm not sure if it'll help but have you tried updating Web.Config with a "space" and reuploading to force the app to restart?

I assume you've cleared your browser's cache too?

Best

Mark

Re: Caching page names

Hi,

I just added an item to the top of our FAQ page that has the answer to this problem.

Hope it helps,

Joe

Re: Caching page names

Thanks! I actually just re-uploaded one of the dlls, and that forced the app to restart. I have a feeling that the app does not restart very often, as it's a pretty high traffic site. I don't know why, but I often run into issues maintaining proper permissions on this server, so I'm sure that you are correct on that point, Joe. The navigation does not change often, so I'm not too worried about it. Thanks again!
