Hi,
I have download problems for shared files. If my IE Browse default language 'EN' no problem, i can download. But If my IE Browser default language 'TR' i have problem because i can't download.
Mojoportal version 2.3.4.4 ASP .NET 4.0, Internet Explorer 8.0

I just tried it on your site with IE 8 (and also Firefox) with Turkish set as the browser language.
It worked for me with no problems.
