Hi, I have a web site with two folders for each languages (english and french), when I want to add a feature (in the french site), I just have the HTML CONTENT feature in the list, why ? Thanks !
Please see the Assigning Features section in the Multiple Sites documentation. You need to add the other features to your second site.

Are both directories separate installations of mojoPortal? If so, you need to make sure all of the setup files are copied to the server and re-run setup on it (http://sitename.url/french/setup/default.aspx).
One other thing, when you are in the Site Settings, are you making sure to select the French site from the site drop down menu? When you select the site, it will show the Features tab.
