Need urgent help with first skin

Need urgent help with first skin

I've purchased Artiseer and create a skin

Exported to HTML

Followed the instruction on the site but it doesn't look like the Artiseer version layout positioning is complety messed up

I can send the artiseer file who can give a little help

Hi Peter.

I have experenced the same. I just uploaded the genereted once again, and it fixed the problem.

BTW. Have you used the right "master skin" (ie: artisteer-24headermenu) to upload to and have you deleated the images folder in it before you uploaded the Artisteer files.

I've tried many things including empty all skin folder and started from scratch

Steps:

1 create sites\1\skin\myskin folder

so now i copy artisteer-24headermenu skin folder into it and deleted images folder.

output from artiseer is put in sites\1\skin\myskin folder\

Layout is completely messed up

Don't know what to do next, site need to go live this week.

please help

You write thet you copy the artisteer-24headermenu folder in to your "myskin folder"

You have to copy the CONTENT of the artisteer-24headermenu  in to myskin folder...

Tried all this without results.

it keeps showing the 'old' layout and images even after complete refreshing cache etc.

can i email you the artiseer file so you can take a look?
