I've purchased a license of Artiseer for creating skins.
Just to verify: I create the layout in Artiseer, follow the instructions in the post http://www.mojoportal.com/creating-skins-from-artisteer-html-templates.aspx and thats for the layout
position of the elements and controls is done via layout.master only?
is that correct?
it is a combination of layout.master and CSS, most layout and styles is controlled by CSS, a few things are controlled by their position in layout.master
