Question about top nav customization

Hi, i'm kinda new with mojoportal and I wanted to know if it's possible to add some new links in the top navigation bar ? Thanks !

I'm in a similar position to you myself and asked a question about customising the topnav section which Joe Davis kindly gave me some very helpful advice on as linked to below.  Adding links via the layout.master should be pretty straight forward given the info below.
