Is it possible to change template dynamically ?

Hi,

For example I have a list of templates for my website. part of them are for low resolution monitors (1024px X 728px), other for(1280x1024) and bigger.

I want to change an template according user's monitor resolution in my code.

Or add a listbox with various templates on the main page, so user can select most suitable template (not only registered, anonymous as well)

Is it possible?
