i am trying to create a role whish should have the rights like "Content publisher" plus he should be also able to change the page security settings. So he should be able to restrict the page access for certain roles. is it possible? Any help will be much appreciated. Thanks

Currently only members of the Admins role can change security settings on a page. When a non admin user creates a new page it inherits the permissions of the parent page.
