1. Horizontal menu at the very top of the page with no vertical menu - use artisteer-24topmenu

I have been unable to get top menus where the menu is in the center or to the right to work correctly. It seems to turn out all messed up. I tried to use most of these depending on what menus were used and it still came out wrong. What am I missing?
