I am changing my web host and my new host provides MSSQL. Previously I was running the DB on MySQL.
How easy is it to move over to a MSSQL database?

Sorry but we don't have any data migration from 1 platform to another. It may be possible to do for an expert using some 3rd party tools but I have no easy solution for you.
