Pointing domain to mojoportal folder

Hi,

We have a web server running IIS 6 on Windows Server 2008.

The server hosts several other web applications, and one of the folders in inetpub is the mojoportal site we installed.

So mojoportal sits in the folder in this structure:

C:\inetpub\wwwroot\Applications\mojoportal\mojoportal

We could not figure out a way to point the IP to the particular folder.

Can you help?

Thanks much!
