supress the adminstration bar at the bottom of my website.

Hello,

Is there a way to supress the adminstration bar at the bottom of my website.

I have skin mitchinson-earthy.

Everytime a page gets (re)loaded the bar at the bottom pops up.

My website-visitors complain about that! Thnx in advanced!!!

Re: supress the adminstration bar at the bottom of my website.

It should not appear if users are not in edit roles. Also in the latest version I added logic so that if you minimize it on one page it will stay minimized on the subsequent pages. You should probably copy the skins from /Data/skins into /Data/Sites/1/skins because on upgrades only the skins in /Data/skins get updated, we don't touch skins in /Data/Sites/1/skins/ during upgrades.

Hope it helps,

Joe

Re: supress the adminstration bar at the bottom of my website.

Joe,

I downloaded the latest version 2-3-3-9.

I uploaded the new layout-master file from the skin-folder.

But still the menu-bar pops up when page reloads or other page loads.

Re: supress the adminstration bar at the bottom of my website.

I would get all parts of the skins because css changes were made as well.

regarding the toolbar not hiding, I suspect you have deployed a custom build not mojoportal 2.3.3.9 and you don't have the latest version of /ClientScript/mojocombined.js which has the code for setting a cookie to remember the toolbar setting. Update that file and then clear your browser cache.

Hope it helps,

Joe
