If a user has permission to create a page then they have permission to delete it.

If you would like to suggest an improvement for the translation of the button, we can make it more clear.

Note that when you click the button it prompts you to make sure you really want to delete the page.

If we improve the translation for the button and the prompt then it should not be a problem.

No one has ever reported it as a problem before so I don't think we need to disable the button.
