  • What operating system were you running when the bug appeared?
  • What database platform is your site using?
  • What version of mojoPortal are you running?
  • What version of .NET do you use?
  • What steps are necessary to reproduce the issue? Compare expected results vs actual results.

You may also want to review the installation or upgrading documentation.

Unleash it ftp timeout

I'm trying to use the Unleash it for deploying mojoportal to my hosting service but it keeps timing out on me.  Is this hosting service or unleash it?

Hi Brian,

I'm not really the source for support of UnleashIT, though I do use it and find it very handy.

To be honest I never use it for ftp deployment, what I do is deploy to a local folder then I use an ftp client (FileZilla) to ftp the files to my host. So I don't know much about its ftp support, try deploying local then use FileZilla, that will probably work better.
