Forcing a Preferred Host Name

I have recently setup a MojoPortal, I am running it on SQL SERVER 2005 and IIS 7.  I am running MojoPortal version 2.3.3.6

My hosting provider is GoDaddy.  The problem I am having is this.  I have about 15 different sites hosted on my godaddy account.  All of them are in subfolders which are set to "Application Root".  This is my first installation of mojoPortal so I may have done something wrong when I set it up.

Basically what happens is when I navigate to www.mydomain.com and click any of my menu options, say blogs for example, the url changes to www.mydomain.com/installed_folder/blogs.aspx

I tried setting the preferred host name but it doesnt seem to help the problem.  In the end, I just don't want that installed_folder showing up in the url.  If I navigate to www.mydomain.com/blogs.aspx it works, but for some reason when using the menu it always adds that folder name in.

I hope someone can help.

Thanks,

Wayne Steiner
