MS SQL 2005 to 2000

Hey Community and Joe!

I've got my mojo installation at home and already made noticable things there.

At the moment I've got MS SQL Server 2005 Express at home, but on hosting there is 2000 version. So plain backup/restore won't go there.

Don't you have an idea what is the best to be done here ?

Thanks,

Alex

Re: MS SQL 2005 to 2000

Hey guys,

here is my own answer in case someone is in same situation.

We can use "Database Publishing Wizard" tool from Microsoft.

There in process of export select script for 2000 and it scripts that well with structure and all data.

After that you are able to run the script on your SQL Server 2000 db.

Thanks for attention,

Alex
