I noticed some css are located online like on the mojo tabs accordion. It is located at http://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jqueryui/1.7.2/themes/swanky-purse/ui.tabs.css
Is there any way I can customized the file so I can manage the look and feel fot the tabs?

You can change the theme for the UI Widgets by following the directions on the Styling jQuery Widgets page. If you want to create your own style, the easiest way is to use the jQuery Theme Roller as discussed here.
