Do you have some left content on Home page? If you do, it might be that that content isn't displayed as it shoud be but hidden beneath central content in IE7 on 1280×1024. See this screenshot: http://slaven.brumec.googlepages.com/TradeAP.PNG/TradeAP-full;init:.PNG and suspicious red-circled parts.
Looks good to me on Chrome, Firefox and IE 8.
