This is my site, you cannot post a blog on this site, once you have mojoPortal installed at your own hosting you can make your own blog and post to it.

On this site you can read my blog or comment on my blog but only I can make posts. This is not a site offering free blog hosting, this is a site about the free mojoPortal software that you can use for your own site.

You can install it and setup blogs for users with it but it does not have any feature that allows users to provision their own blogs. You as administrator can set them up and grant users edit permissions on them.
