customizing the home page?

customizing the home page?

hello every one,

i want to know, if i can customize the home page (mean, for example, instead of the company logo, put a flash object in the home page only), and other pages have.

as i am a beginner in mojoportal, but i realy like it.

i want to start developing in mojoportal.

please help  in details, because i think that, i am a little bit lost in this issue.

You can enable per page skins in Administration> Site Settings and then you can use a different skin on the home page.

You could put the Flash object in the layout.master file of the skin used by your home page.

Note that the skins used by the site are located at /Data/Sites/[SiteID]/skins, for a new installation, SiteID will be 1.
