error trying to upload .flv files

I am trying to upload flash files created in camtasia (.flv).  Everytime I try to upload the file via the FCKEditor's insert flash function, I get an error "error on file upload. Error 102"  Any idea what I am doing to cause this error? I get the same error when trying to upload mp4 files too.

Thanks in advance.

Re: error trying to upload .flv files

I figured out how to get the files uploaded via file manager.

Thanks

Re: error trying to upload .flv files

That error tells me you are running an older version of mojoPortal.

We have a much nicer file browser/uploader now if you can upgrade to a newer version, ideally upgrade to version 2.3.1.9.

The new file browser/uploader works in TinyMCE, FCKeditor and CKeditor.

Hope it helps,

Joe

Re: error trying to upload .flv files

Huh,

I did the original install from the Microsoft Web Platform Installer.  Assumed it would install the latest version.

I will try upgrading to the latest version.

thanks for the heads-up.

Re: error trying to upload .flv files

Yeah, the version in the Web Gallery is old. I've recently re-submitted the new version and hope it will go live in the Gallery soon.

But, if you download the latest mojoportal from Codeplex, you can still install it with the Platform Installer. After installing the Platform installer you'll see a link in the bottom right of IIS 7 (after selecting the web site) that says "Import Application". Use that and browse to our zip file and it should install easily.

Hope it helps,

Re: error trying to upload .flv files

Though you can't upgrade an existing site with the Platform Installer I think they are planning to try and support that scenario in the future.
