I don't see any way for users (neither for the admin) to move selected files (or even selected subfolders) from a folder to another one (in the Shared files part)
Are there any plans to do something on this? Is there any way to manually edit the db to move arround files?
This feature already exists in Shared Files. Click the pencil next to the file name and you will see where you can change the folder.

Thanks, I'll check it out - would never find it there and some of our users was asking about that too - maybe it needs to show up somehow in front (ideally a tooltip with file actions should show or have a file actions bar on top and bottom to act on selected files)
Hope it works on subfolders too to move them arround
it would be more handy I think to be able to select multiple files/folders and have a button on topbar (next to up and delete) to move them (then show a folder selector dialog on where to move them: ideally that selector would show other shared-folder-component roots too that user has access to)
