Hi, I want to create a multi language site and I'm following the instruction here  http://www.mojoportal.com/multiplesitesbasedonfoldernames.aspx to build a folder based multiple site.

I have two questions:

1)I've created the site in the site manager (example for English) and told him to map the site to the folder english. I suppose I have to create this folder on the server, but what I need to put in it?

2)Is there a way to copy my actual site in the new site? At the moment it has a HUGE number of page and text, and I need only to translate them. I have to redo the entire site in the other languages or there is a quicker way?
