Embed File for download onto page

Hi,

Newbie who only started using MojoPortal and lovin in..

Question , is it possible to embed a file for download onto a page,, I have a 2 colum web page and on one of the colums have several files embedded for general download.

I know it may be an easy question with a easy solution but I cannot seem to find it..

Any help would be great!
