That old version has the editor toolbar items for font face, font size, font color and background color. Those tools all hard code style in the content and that hard coded stuff is not skinable. I have removed those tools in newer versions and I recommend not using them.

In answer to your question, no you can't add more fonts. Fonts only work if the font is installed on the user machine and that list has the common ones. Even if I knew how to add more you cannot just add arbitrary ones.

You can edit any of the css files its up to you where you put it. Do a little searching for css line height to learn how.
