Who we can unlock a locked user if he/she force that not show in member list without reference to mp_Users?.

If you know the user id you can visit /Admin/ManageUsers.aspx?userid=x putting in x for the user id or else you will have to do it in the database.

Also as admin you should be able to find the user by using the search on the memberlist page even if the user is set to not show in member list. You can search on username or email.
