Visual Studio 2005 Web Application Projects (RC1)

I have installed Web App Projects RC1.  It seems to be a lot different than it used to be.  Have you used it with MojoPortal yet?  Is it compatible, or does it break everything?

It should be fine, are you experiencing a specific problem with it?

Re: Visual Studio 2005 Web Application Projects (RC1)

No problems.  It compiled fine but seems to have added a few things and changed all the files in the project.  It said it changed all the files.  I don't think it did that much really.  I had little difference from SVN after converting.

I have tested it locally and nothing seems to have changed.  I haven't tried to do a deployment in VS yet, I'll test that next.

Re: Visual Studio 2005 Web Application Projects (RC1)

Another question on the same topic.

Here: http://www.mojoportal.com/tortoisesvn.aspx
you mention that for working with Visual Studio 2005 I need to download and install 'the new Web Application project type from here: http://webproject.scottgu.com/Download.aspx'

Is it somehow different from the one available from Microsoft?

The reply to myself: this is the same (according to the main page, http://webproject.scottgu.com/).
