I'm trying to open mojoPortal-x-x-x-x-API-Documentation.chm which is associated on my computer with the :
"HTML Help Control Version 4.74.9273"
I only see the tree view, but document content shows a invalid page.
(url: res://ieframe.dll/syntax.htm#mk:@MSITStore:F:\Projets\mojo\release\mojoPortal-2-3-0-1-API-Documentation.chm::/html/126a8d31-fd07-4986-8678-37870a5a7aed.htm )
Does anybody knows what I'm missing ?
I think this is what you need.
Thanks Joe but I've tried this already, then cheked the ocx version and I also registered it again.
But I finally found the reason :
The CHM file is coming from Internet and my OS was asking me if I agree to open the file. Of course I've always said yes but this is was not enough.
Last time I've tried to open it, I took the time to uncheck the 'always ask me' box, and now it works !
I know this sounds stupid but it may help.
I would just save it to disk and the double click it rather than open it from the internet.
don't forget to unblock the file (option on the property page) ...
Yep, ran into this issue this morning. http://geekswithblogs.net/evjen/archive/2006/06/29/83567.aspx kriskniaz had the right solution.
