publish after admin approve

 HI everyone,

I have a reqirement:

Author writers document and publishs to mojoportal, the new page will not display straight away

After admin checks this page and publishs, this new page will display to client.

In general, is it possible

1.Keeping track of all the versions of a page, and who changed what and when

2.Can CMS manage the status of the page, notifying the people involved, and escalating jobs where required

Is this possible in mojoportal?

if it is possible, how can I implement it?

Cheers
