PlugNPay Gateway

I'm proposing adding the PlugNPay gateway to the WebStore. I have this working on my test server.

Transactions work and are logged in the plugnpay log
adminorderdetail shows the correct data but the log header says PayPal Log so I must have messed up the resource file or didn't deploy it properly

I created a diff and sent it to Joe. Eventually after/if I get the hang of this environment and Paysimple opens up their sandbox again I will add Paysimple as well.

Please in addition to the diff, if there are new files please zip those and send to me separate from the diff as I often have troubles when a diff or patch has new files in it.

I will review your work and try to integrate it, but if you have only implemented MS SQL it may take some time to integrate because I must create the MySql implementation before it can be included.

Hi Voir,

Your work is now integrated in svn trunk. You may want to do a clean checkout. I have not tested actually using the new gateway but it looks right.

Transactions are going through OK, there were a few unrealated errors in the store, some controls in adminproductedit.aspx and adminofferedit.aspx had multile CSS properties, I'll email you a diff in case you haven't already found these
