When I update the home page I get this error, but when I reload page, the page is update.

This error is happening when the mojoportal is trying to update the search index. After you update any content it tries to update the search index so you can search on the new content. It is getting a permission error trying to write to the index files so I think you need to make the Data folder writeable for all users so it can write the index files.
