I'd like to have a page that is linked to from the home page, but doesn't appear as a menu item anywhere. I would, however, like this page appear in the site map. Is this possible?

Well currently if a page is marked as not "Include In Menu", then it is also not included in the sitemap. I've made a note to myself the next time I work on anything else related to that table I will add an field so we can have an option for "Include in Site Map".

fyi, I just implemented the "Include In Site Map" setting, so it will be in the next release.
