I have uploaded some of the skins from he community download section but cant see them - I assume I am missing something obvious - but what

Skins are located in 2 folders, (./Data/skins) and (./Data/Sites/[SiteID]/skins). Skins located in the (./Data/skins) directory will be copied to any new site that is created. Skins located in the (./Data/Sites/[SiteID]/skins) directory pertain to the individual site.

Thanks - I had copied them to (./Data/skins) - never thought they would have to go anywhere ese
Just be aware that those old skins on the community download page are not up to date. If you use any of those you should modify it according to the documentation here.
