I just upgraded to 220.127.116.11 on my local machine and have noticed that the "My Account" page doesn't have a "Newsletter Preferences" setting anymore. Has this moved somewhere else?

I added logic to check if there are any newsletters, if there are not I hide that tab. If you create a newsletter, it should re-appear.
