SQL install 20050912 - Cannot add rows to sysdepends

Following message was generated from 3CreateStoredProcedures.sql

Cannot add rows to sysdepends for the current stored procedure because it depends on the missing object 'mp_SiteModuleDefinitions_Insert'. The stored procedure will still be created.
