I need to install a version of mojoPortal into SQL Server 2000, and I just only work with PostgreSQL, then I don't know if current script of mojoPortal create database will work ?

Just use the newest mssql-release files package, set the MSSQLConnectionString, it works the same way and should work with sql 2000
