SiteOffice question

I am currently looking at using SiteOffice for a project and am not sure how to add more links in the left and right panes.

I have gone through and added in some links in an existing resource file (SiteOfficeResources.resx) and then went though and modified the config file that goes with the resx file. Some links show as the value assigned and some as the name (like Files renders fine but another link will have MyStuffNameOfLink) how might I go about resolving that issue?

Also, how do you get the links to target the main pane of the SiteOffice interface? Where are the ItemGuid's coming from and how do I add more?

Sorry for the simpleton questions, but I am just making the move into this again. I had a number of years off and now seem to have a case of brain farts.

It would be great if someone could point me in the right direction, so far I am really liking what I am seeing in mojoportal. Thanks.
