Added page "boke" link to Home page and Admin page

We've had the portal up and running great for a few months.  I added a page a that I did not want to show up on the menu.  It was to be oof the Root.  I think I was moving too fast through the fields and maybe I change the url value just before I clicked create page - not sure.  Now I cannot get back to the home page nor the Admin page.  However, if I use the history in my browser address bar I can get pages on the site and can move through the site.

How can I find and fix this?

Re: Added page "boke" link to Home page and Admin page

I think what I would do is first find that page in mp_Pages table and get the pageguid, then delete any rows from mp_FriendlyUrls that have that pageguid, then delete the row from mp_Pages, then touch your web.config file to recycle the app (ie type a space in it and save it).

Then create the page again.

Hope it helps,

Joe

Joe,

Deleted the records as you suggested.  Everything is back to normal.  Thanks for the help.
