Dreamweaver to mojoPortal. So Hard?.

Hello Joe!. I hope you be fine. I write to you because I want to know: what do you think about a Old site made with Dreamweaver; The pearson want to do an update/fix of it. And I am thinking: how hard must be to migrate to ASP.Net (mojoPortal of course!). Ok, I know that depending on my expertise on it, but do you know if exist tool to help in the process? (Dreamweaver to Asp.Net C#). Thanks in advance!.
