RSS Feed Sort Order

Hey Joe,

Just noticed that the RSS Feed Aggregator changes the sort order of the feed - I've created a test page here to demonstrate the issue:

http://www.studentaffairs.colostate.edu/test.aspx, with the original feed being here: http://events.colostate.edu/rss_out.asp?ID=7&MODE=5

The order of the items is inverted (I can see why you did this, esp for news items, to keep the "freshest" posted items on top). When pulling in calendar items, though, I'd prefer that it be sorted inversely (or just left alone and not sorted).

Is there any way a sort column/setting can be added to the db to allow the module to not sort the original feed? I didn't see anything in my SQL DB that would allow me to do this, but maybe I missed it.

Hi Shaun,

Currently there is no option for this in released versions of mojoportal, it just sorts by pub date descending, but I just implemented a setting for the RSS feature to enable Sort Ascending. It literally took 3 minutes to implement. I will have this in svn trunk by tonight and it will be in the next release.
