"Edit Notifications" blocked in forums with sqlitedb.

Hi, Joe:

      When click link "Edit Notifications" in Forums with sqlitedb, Block.

      Below code in ForumModuleEditSubscriptions.aspx.cs may has bug:

/////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////

  private void PopulateControls()
{

......
#if MONO
rptForums.DataBind();
#else
this.DataBind();  //Block at this
#endif

........
}

This is now fixed in svn trunk if you do svn update and rebuild.
